Title Press Operator
Department: Production
Reports to Manufacturing / Production Manager
Job Summary
Configures and operates machine press equipment to shape materials used in manufacturing operations. Performs operations such as blanking, bending, punching, forming etc. on a variety of materials and equipment based on specific documented instructions. Expected to work under general supervision and maintain excellent attendance.
Summary of essential job functions
Specifically, but not limited to:
1. Responsible for basic machine operations including cycling and setting of counting devices, recognizing the condition of dies, loading materials onto the equipment, feeding material through the die and positioning and removing parts from the die.
2. Must be able to operate the crane for material loading.
3, Keep a record of number of pieces produced along with other necessary documentation.
4, Inspect parts on an established schedule to ensure produced parts meet specifications.
5, Read work schedule to ascertain production information, such as size, type and quantity to be proceesed.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a stamping environment. Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Must be able to physically accomplish responsibilities outline above as this position require physical movement.

Job Summery
Responsible for safe operation of company equipment when storing, loading, unloading or
movement of material within or near plant, yard or worksite.
Summary of essential functions
Specifically, but not limited to:
1. Responsible for inspection of Hi-lo at start of shift before operating and report any
inoperable functions to supervisor.
2. Confirm and unload incoming material per invoice and place in designated receiving
area.
3. Load outgoing material as specified by Materials manager.
4. Secure lifting attachment to material when using hand powered crane or hoist.
5. Remove and properly dispose of all engineering scrap from production floor.
6. Maintain and follow FIFO practices.
7. Ensure all production jobs are properly stocked with product and applicable packaging.
8. Ensure all material stored in WIP has been clearly identified with part number and
quantity.
9. Before shipping material handler must verify Part number and quantity with shipper.
10. At end of scheduled workday material handler will return Hi-lo to designated area. If
applicable may be required to plug into electric outlet (charger).
11. Some packaging or transferring of material may be required.
12. May need to assist die setter in removal or setting of dies.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Title: Die Setter
Department: Production
Reports to: Tool room manager
Job Summary
Responsible for the set up or changeover of line and progressive dies in efficient and timely manner.
(60 minutes or less)
Summary of essential job functions
Specifically, but not limited to:
1. Responsible for press ready at start of day and shut down of press at end of day. Work Instruction 7.5.1.01.
2. Ensure die set ups and tear downs happen within 60 minutes or less. Work Insruction 7.5.1.03.
3. Ensure first and last piece approval process is followed. Work Instruction 8.2.4.01.
4. Responsible for pre-stage of all necessary items for next set up using press assignment schedule. Supplied by Toolroom or Production Manager.
5. Responsible for operator training. Intent is to share knowledge with the operators in order for them to participate in the die change process.
6. Responsible for trouble shooting, correcting any issues that hinder efficiencies, create non-conformances or unsafe work environment.
7. Ensure appropriate containers, packing materials and scrap hoppers, etc. are in place. Information is found on the Process Sheet. Toolroom Manager to supply.
8. Assist operators with coil changes and start of strip.
9. Ensure all safety equipment is operational and set up is ergonomically viable. Work Instruction 7.5.1.01.
10. Responsible for creating, updating and accuracy of die set up sheets.
11. Communicate between shifts.
12. Other duties as assigned.
13. Must have own tools.
14. Be have line and progressive tooling experience.

Job Description
Title: Die Repairman
Department: Tool Room
Reports to: Tool Room Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining die tooling and new tool build. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure tools are operational and functional to support the quality requirements and production schedule.
Summary of essential job functions
Specifically, but not limited to:
1. Must be capable of operating all tool room machinery and equipment.
2. Must be able to read blue prints.
3. Must be able to adjust tooling to produce parts that fit check fixtures.
4. Must be capable of following verbal instructions as well as written work instructions.
5. Must have knowledge of safety lock-out procedures.
6. Must have tools of the trade.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in the tool room or die build environment. Weld experience
(MIG & TIG) a plus.
Title: Shipping/Receiving
Department: Shipping
Reports to: Materials Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments to the warehouse.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Specifically, but not limited to:
1) Must know how to operate a hi-lo and overhead crane. Must know how to use the scale.
2) Responsible for all incoming shipments, including, but no limited to: unloading, verifying paperwork for correct quantities, items, weight, etc.
3) Responsible for all outgoing shipments as to correct part and quantities going out. All outgoing parts must be weighed prior to shipment and any discrepancies reported immediately. Must have a signed shipper.
4) Responsible to unload and confirm incoming steel before unloading. Make sure paperwork is turned in so tags can be issued in a timely manner.
5) Back up for production hi-lo drivers as needed.
6) Responsible for a clean and organized warehouse, including finished goods, WIP, and steel. All containers/coils must be tagged.
7) Other duties as assigned.
